If you need to see a doctor or be hospitalized due to an accident or illness, it is important to call the assistance telephone number provided on your confirmation email and/or on your wallet card.

By contacting the support service

You should explain the situation by mentioning your insurance policy number. The emergency assistance service agents will be able to direct you to the appropriate medical center. In addition, they will open the claim file and send you the necessary forms. If you are unable to call, you can go directly to the hospital and ask someone close to you to make the call for you.
Failure to contact the assistance service may result in some insurers penalizing you or even refusing your claim.
